What we collect, why, and exactly who else sees it.
What we collect
To send you a tee: your name, email, phone number and delivery address. That's it. We don't ask for your date of birth, your gender, or anything else we don't need to get a parcel to your door.
What we never see
Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password. Those are entered inside Razorpay's payment window, which is their system, not ours. We only ever receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number for it.
Why we have it
To take payment, pack the right item, get it delivered, email you a confirmation and tracking, handle returns, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We don't use it for anything else.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to complete your order: Razorpay for payment, our courier partner and its aggregator for delivery (they need your name, address and phone), Resend for sending order emails, Supabase for storing orders, and Netlify for running the site. Each sees only what its job requires. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Drop alerts
If you give us your email for drop alerts, we use it for that and nothing else. Reply to any alert asking to be removed, or email us, and we'll delete the address.
What your browser stores
Your cart, wishlist and a pointer to your own orders are kept in your browser's own storage on your device — not on our servers, and we can't read them. Clearing your browser data clears them. We don't run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we're required to, and for handling later returns or disputes. Drop-alert emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
Email shivaxsh@gmail.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may have to keep the bare record of a completed order even after a deletion request, because tax and accounting rules require it — we'll say so if that applies.
Security, honestly put
Payment details never reach us, which removes the biggest risk outright. Order data sits in an access-controlled database and the site is served only over HTTPS. No small business can promise perfect security, so we won't — but if a breach ever affected your data, we'd tell you rather than hope you didn't notice.
Children
This shop isn't intended for under-18s. If you're under 18, order through a parent or guardian.
