The rules of buying from Mad Realm. Short, and in plain English.
Who we are
Mad Realm is a clothing brand operated by Shivansh Singh, a sole proprietor based at 658, Shiv Shankar Puram, Ahirwan, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208007, India. Contact: shivaxsh@gmail.com, +91 84482 30387. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Limited runs
Tees are made in small numbered runs. When a size is gone it's usually gone for good. Stock counts on the site are kept as accurate as we can manage, but if two people reach checkout at the same moment, the payment that completes first gets the tee — and we refund the other in full, immediately.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is shown separately at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you've already paid for. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we'll cancel and refund rather than hold you to it or quietly charge you more.
Payment
Prepaid only — card, UPI, netbanking or wallet, through Razorpay. We don't offer cash on delivery. Your card and UPI details are entered inside Razorpay's own payment window and never touch our servers.
Accepting your order
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you get our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund in full if an item turns out to be out of stock, if the delivery address isn't serviceable, or if an order looks fraudulent.
Sizing and colour
Our tees are oversized by design — check the size chart rather than assuming your usual size. Screens vary, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the fabric. Neither is a fault, though both are covered by the size exchange in our returns policy.
Our brand
The Mad Realm name, logo, site design, photography and written copy belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Third-party rights
Some designs draw on artwork and characters from anime and manga we do not own. If you hold rights in any artwork or character featured on this site and object to its use, email shivaxsh@gmail.com with "IP notice" in the subject and details of the work concerned. We will respond within 7 days and remove the item from sale while we look into it.
Using this site
Don't attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, resell access to it, or place orders you don't intend to pay for. We may refuse service to anyone doing those things.
Our liability
We'll always put right a faulty, damaged or wrong item — refund or replacement, your choice. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which no seller can sign away.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
