Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs.
Where we ship
Across India only. We dispatch from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. We don't ship internationally yet — the freight doesn't make sense at our size, and we'd rather not quote a price we can't honour.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 working days of payment. Drops are made in small runs and packed by one person, so a launch weekend can add a day. If anything will take longer than that, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing.
Delivery time
Uttar Pradesh: 2–4 working days. Metros and larger cities: 4–6 working days. Everywhere else: 5–8 working days. Remote pin codes, and stretches where the courier network is disrupted, can take longer.
Charges
Standard delivery is ₹79 and free on orders above ₹1,799. Express is ₹149 and typically saves 2–3 days. Both are shown at checkout before you pay, and the figure you see is the figure you're charged.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected. Tracking can take a few hours to start showing movement on the courier's system. If it hasn't moved in 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase them.
Wrong address
We send the parcel to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, tell us before dispatch and we'll correct it for free. Once it's with the courier, a failed delivery comes back to us and re-sending costs ₹79.
